    Rolex Watches

Rolex has a long history of innovation in the watchmaking industry dating back to the early 1900s. Through out its history Rolex has given us many firsts, for example, it was the first wristwatch to receive a Swiss Certificate of Chronometric Precision, the first waterproof and dust proof wristwatch case now known as the "Oyster", invention of the Perpetual self-winding watch movement, and the 1st to pioneer the use of 904L steel in their watch cases.

In the 1940s Rolex brought us the first Datejust watch. The 1950s saw the creation of the Explorer, Submariner, GMT Master, Day Date President, Milgauss, and the Lady-Datejust. The 1960s gave us the Deep Sea Special, Cosmograph Daytona, and Sea-Dweller. In the 1970s the Explorer II model was released. In the 1990s the Pearlmaster and Yacht-Master were introduced. The 2000s gave us the Deep Sea and Sky-Dweller Models.

This is just a brief glimpse into the fascinating history of the Rolex watch. If you are interested in selling any of these watches, we are always interested in purchasing your preowned or nonworking watches.
